I had a 1954 Hudson Hollywood twin H power. Two tone green I loved every minute driving it handled like a new car even though it was 11 or 12 years old Wish I never got rid of it.😢

One nice ride ... one of my favorite style and paint scheme plus that awesome dash the guy decided for it put this over the top along with those badass lamps.. one hell of amount of work and ideas blending 50s with 30s.. he should be mega proud of himself riding in this car far into the future.. its a one of a kind keeper kreeper ..😮❤🚗

Hey Jay, your amazing 55 uick ROADMASTER is also my favorite car in your fantastic collection. At 81 this brought back my family 's love of all things Buick. We had 53 Super 2 door, 56 Super convertible ( coral and whjte) and 2- 57 's ROADMASTER 75 and one Roadmaster. At 17 I was driving my own 57 Ford Skyliner but often took my mother's 57 ROADMASTER 75 to the driving. She never understood why I preferred her car. Far more comfortable and room. By the way I'm married to the same girl I took way back then 57 years but together 65 years. I've saved this particular episode as my ver favorite. Thanks so much for all you've contributed to us car lover guys! Best of health to you and your wife.

The car I bought in Australia in 1970 was not called a Fairlady but a Datsun 2000 Sports with a much more powerful motor. The factory realised Australians wanted a much more brutish sports car able to blow away the MG on our long stretches of 4 lane highways back in 1970, from Melbourne to Sydney. The MG had a top speed of 85 mph against the Datsun 130 mph.

The term "jalopy" comes from when old cars were taken to Jalapa, Mexico to be "rebuilt". Those cars returning to the states were then called jalopies.

I always wanted to put one of those Deutz air cooled engines in a 79 Toyota Hi-Lux 4X4 with a 4 speed transmission and dual range transfer case! Build a creepy crawler that don't need a radiator but can still mount an A/C compressor on it. 😁👍

Indian Larry built the best 'chopper'-type bikes ever built, and I don't care whether anyone agrees or not. Everything you need and nothing you don't, and his rigid bobbers were light, tight, quick, and comfortable. Perfect bikes. Amazing.

The bustleback came out with Bill Mitchell at the helm but the chief designer was Wayne Cady who drew the car and Wayne did a few videos on another channel talking about that process. Wayne has a mint one still and also another earlier spring 70 era Cadillac. He is a great guy to have as a guest. Good story teller.

My friend in London had a '62 Starfire convertible. I used to drive it sometimes, my '59 Caddy felt like a truck in comparison. Not much interested in the '65 TBH, but a great video, so thanks.

The Voisin has this look of being a custom made hot rod from the uniqueness it has for a 1931 car when compared to another car of the same period. The chopped looking roof with the long front end and other features of this car make it the type of car that makes someone wonder if it came like that or was modified to look like the way it does.
